Our practice is divided into two areas. Our real estate department includes Gulfstream Title Company and provides the hands on involvement necessary to successfully represent the clients in the acquisition, development, leasing, and sales of residential and commercial properties. As a full service firm, they will help you to negotiate acquisitions & sales contracts, which may include Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges. They will draft development, loan & construction agreements, financing and leasing documents, and walk you through the due diligence investigations, conduct the title search, resolve title issues, provide title insurance policies and fully participate in the closing of the transaction including the financing aspect. For private lenders, they are able to assist with the preparation of promissory notes, mortgages and related loan documents.
Jonathan Jonasz handles all of the firms matrimonial and
family law clients. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Jonasz has represented clients in all aspects of family law matters concerning, paternity, pre and post nuptial agreements, domestic violence, alimony, equitable distribution, child custody and visitation. He represents clients in post dissolution litigation for contempt, modification of custody, alimony and child support as well as appeals.
