Ana Maria Camacho graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1994 and joined the Firm of Lorenzo Capua Caballero Camacho where she practiced in the areas of Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Transactional Real Estate, Condominium Law and Probate Law. She joined Gilbert Contreras and Jonathan Jonasz in 2005 to form Contreras Jonasz Camacho where she continues to concentrate on real estate and related matters. She is a member of The Florida Bar, Real Property, Probate & Trust, and Family Law Sections; Attorneys'Title Insurance Fund, Inc.; Fidelity National Title Insurance Company of New York and Chicago Title Insurance Company. Ms. Camacho has worked closely with lenders which include Continental National Bank of Miami and Interamerican Bank, F.S.B. Other clients include developers of single family residences, luxury custom built homes, residential condominium and warehouse condominium projects. Her projects include Hometown Business Center I and II Condominium; Grand Turning Point Business Center I; Grand Turning Point Shopping Center; 132 Crossroads; Nava Brothers; Christy' Place Town Homes; Oak Royale; Palm Lakes; Princess Estates; Open House and DCT & Investments. Throughout her legal career, Ms. Camacho has had opportunity to be involved in all phases of land development from the purchase of raw land to the final turnover of the completed construction. In addition to lenders and developers, she has assisted Buyers and Sellers in their transactions by offering her services as settlement agent, title agent and closing agent. In addition to her legal career, on her free time, Ms. Camacho volunteers at a local church as a Sunday School teacher and provides her services as a Guardian and Attorney Ad Litem through the Miami-Dade County Probate and Guardianship wheel.
