Gilbert A. Contreras practiced in the real estate department of the Adorno & Zeder firm in Miami until July 2000. There he headed the closing and development department. He formed Manick, Rosenberg & Contreras LLP in July 2000 and later formed Contreras, Jonasz & Camacho P.A. in July 2005. Mr. Contreras represents numerous local high profile developers along with numerous business entities, including financial and lending institutions, development companies and real estate holding companies. He is familiar with the many complex forms of real estate transactions (ranging from condominium law to real estate development) and with the needs of lending institutions including development, construction and permanent financing Mr. Contreras has created numerous condominiums and condominium developments along with representing clients which have been instrumental in the vertical and land development boom in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Mr. Contreras has been one of the top one hundred title agents in Florida for Attorney's Title Insurance Fund for 2001 & 2002.
